Partner Company MSDS was established in 2007 on the basis of the individual legal advisor's offices of
its partners - legal advisor Marek Szczotka and legal advisor and tax advisor Dominik Szczygieł.
The Office specialises in comprehensive legal and tax advisory services for commercial companies,
Polish and foreign enterprises - particularly in the scope of
business and commercial law as well as civil and tax law.
The Office acts as intermediary in contacts with administrative bodies,
provides legal representation in court and handle individual transactions. Moreover,
our lawyers participate in business and investment negotiations, providing legal
representation in court and administrative proceedings.
For the above mentioned entities the Office provides also specialised legal
assistance in the scope of labour and administrative law.
Our clients are enterprises operating in different branches, e.g. construction, industry,
motorization and finance (international capital investments and real estate investments).
Our services are provided by qualified legal and tax advisors. Our advisors cooperate closely
with notaries and - if there is such need - other consultants, i.e. expert auditors, patent attorneys,
sworn translators. This interdisciplinary approach enables us to solve the problems of our clients quickly and efficiently.
